Our Team
Glowing Mind is a small creative team specialized in logo, corporate identity, and website design. Our office is located in Madison, Wisconsin, in the United States. The core of our team consists of four people: Andrey Kuzmichev, Andrey Kosarev, Maria Kurolapnik, and Denis Pochevalov. In our project work, we often collaborate with other creative teams and freelancers from United States, Canada, Russia, and Belarus.

Our Story
Andrey Kuzmichev and Andrey Kosarev met in 1997, when they attended the same pre-college mathematics class in their home town, Kazan. They quickly became friends and, for the next five years, college-mates. Two Andreys first had the idea of going in design business in 2002, when they worked together as web developers in Kazan. In 2003, Andrey Kuzmichev moved to the United States, where he met Maria Kurolapnik, who eventually helped organize everything. In 2005, Denis Pochevalov joined the creative team by contributing great amount of time and energy to the creative experiments, which were in numbers at that time. In 2007, the team had enough knowledge, experience and equipment for official business start.
There have been several sound ideas about the team name. In the end of discussion, we chose Glowing Mind. We thought: "Our glowing mind is essentially what we need every day in order to deliver outstanding design services and to overcome our clients expectations." And so it went on.
Today, Glowing Mind delivers its design services to a range of small and medium scale businesses. Andrey Kuzmichev is the leading designer; Andrey Kosarev is the leading programmer of the team. Denis Pochevalov is responsible for marketing and research. Maria Kurolapnik, as the general manager, ensures harmonic state of all the administrative affairs of the team.
